In August 1999 Gilbert Casimiro, the founder and director of BGTS, came to the United States and worked for a landscape development company. He attended classes on irrigation, landscaping, and tree service while becoming a supervisor at the company.

After being exposed to various work places he saw the potential of care and precision that would be brought forth if he began a business of his own. With the help of his wife, Elizabeth Casimiro, the company was formed and named “Royal Landscape and Tree Service”. 

In 2008, after years of Gilberto working shifts from 2-6pm, the company began to run efficiently.

In 2010 the company name was changed to “Big Green Tree Service".

In 2014 "Big Green Tree Service" became incorporated. The business has been helping communities, residencies, and companies for over 15 years. Their goal is to allow the aborist proccess to be simple and effective, creating the best result according to the customers specifications.
